SI-JAY: literally a phonetic transcription of C-J, Jacopo Ceroni’s initials, the stylist behind the brand.

Born in 1981, Jacopo moved his first steps in the fashion world during his late adolescence working for some of the best Italian boutiques as a personal shopper. He then gained experience in the commercial environment as assistant buyer for several show rooms in Paris and Milan. His personal growth and his inner curiosity brought him to coordinate the new born JONOFUI collection in 2006 and later to discover new talents such as Au Jour Le Jour in 2009 and Marcobologna in 2010.

Feeling ready to pursue his own vision, in 2013 he designs his first SI-Jay collection, which was presented at Studio Zeta in Milano.

  • A simple, intuitive beauty and a passion for artisanal manufacturing constitute the trademark of Jacopo Ceroni.
    The inspiration for the autumn winter 2015/2016 collection stems from Art Decò and Modernism and grows into a harmonic combination of geometric and decorative, of figurative and abstract elements.
    The items reinterpret these two streams of inspiration through a new use of color: at times nuanced, almost fading, at times clear-cut and sharp in its tones, proposing a palette as much classically autumnal in its shades of bronze, silver and brown, as it is fresh and novel with its tones of pink, bright blue, green and red.
